• Demo or hosted-platform account information if a project uses an active Community Rewards deployment.
• Submission, leaderboard, review, reward, and campaign data processed inside a hosted client reward system.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and discuss custom reward platform builds.
• To configure, host, maintain, and support client reward systems.
• To operate demo flows, campaign tools, submission review, leaderboards, and reward tracking.

Client Data

When we host a reward platform for a client project, that project may provide or collect community data through its own branded system. The client is responsible for deciding what campaign data it requests from its community. Community Rewards processes that data to provide the hosted service.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, email, monitor, or operate Community Rewards. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.

Security And Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain operational records.

Demo Data

Demo environments may use test projects, fake users, simulated submissions, fake payments, and sample reward outcomes. Demo data is for product evaluation only and should not be treated as real campaign, user, or payment data.
