Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CommunityRewards.xyz, Community Rewards demos, and hosted reward platform services provided by Community Rewards ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Service Overview

Community Rewards builds and hosts branded engagement and reward systems for Web3 projects. A client project may use the system to create campaigns, define tasks, collect submissions, review proof, assign points, show ranks and leaderboards, and track rewards under its own brand.

2. Pricing

• The setup and customization fee is $3,000, paid once.
• The hosting and maintenance fee is $50 per month.
• Campaign reward budgets, token pools, prizes, gas, payout costs, or other incentives are funded separately by the client project unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Customization of the Community Rewards build is included in the setup fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and clarity of their campaign rules and reward promises.
• Clients must not use Community Rewards to run illegal, misleading, abusive, or deceptive campaigns.
• Clients are responsible for funding and honoring any rewards they advertise to their communities.
• Clients must provide accurate branding, project, domain, and contact information.

4. Community Submissions And Rewards

Hosted platforms may collect user submissions, proof links, wallet details, social handles, and other campaign-related information depending on the client's configuration. Reward eligibility depends on the rules set by the client project and the review results inside that project's reward platform.

5. Demo Use

Demo environments are provided for evaluation only. Demo campaigns, users, payments, submissions, leaderboards, and reward distributions may be simulated. Demo results do not create real payment, reward, user, or campaign obligations.

6. Hosting And Availability

We aim to keep hosted platforms reliable and maintained, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, network problems, blockchain delays, or security events may affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and project content. Community Rewards retains ownership of its platform code, systems, templates, operations, design patterns, and underlying technology unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

8. Prohibited Use

• No attempts to attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform restrictions.
• No campaigns involving fraud, impersonation, malware, illegal activity, or misleading financial claims.
• No use of the service to manipulate communities, fabricate participation, or misrepresent rewards.
• No uploading content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

Community Rewards is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by client reward decisions, third-party services, blockchain networks, incorrect wallet addresses, or community submissions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
